  11. yes but.... theres MORE to it ! Putin risks SIGNIFICANTLY more than Biden in this war. And China hates Putin because of this. Putin revealed a lot of military secrets with this war... making China's mission to take the tech lead even HARDER in the future Russia's tech leverage after this war it will be ZERO !
