  1. Well people should ask the intelligence services-- if they are so incapable of doing their work without such insane over reach. If they say they are not capable with out it. Then they are incompetent and just have to get better and more competent. Intelligence services that are incapable of adapting will always fail. Reality is I dont think they need the Patriot Act or Snooper charter in UK to  do their job.
