  1. Honestly only psychopaths can support the police in the situation. They will waffle on about protocol not being broken and the cop being justified with the toy gun, it was such quick shooting yes, the problem is not just the shooting and speed of firing. It is that the cop and those that support the cop who did this, are assuming the kid is a threat rather then just kid.

  2. Cops are not robots, Cops can be racist because people can be racist, Cops can be panicky because people can be panicky. Cops can be sadistic because people can be sadistic. Cops are meant to behave in a predetermined way by law and their protocols, to a multifaceted world of random situations. One solution, such as shooting first is not the universal way of operating, in such a complex world. Really the idea of Good Cop Bad Cop is void, because a Cop is ordered to behave in a certain way, that Laws they enforce determine what they should do. So if the system of law is broken, then they are still enforcing a broken system. Like when it was Jim Crow laws, unjust laws but they enforced it. Police do not have morals in play, because they are trained not to, they are trained to be robotic and rigid in how they go about maintaining the predetermined blue print of a society.
