Honestly things like human rights and laws against discrimination should be completely universal law in US. Not a matter of State rights, the states are not separate countries. That means they should treat all US the same as the overall state laws. It not a religious country overall legally and due to the constitution really separating it and the founders of US making it that way. If the religious types are so desperate to discriminate, need something-- they should only be allowed to discriminate with their places of worship and their house.
