  1. well tbh, all the countries probably do this. I dont think America that different, they do have a larger budget though. So you could argue that does make them worse.

  2. It is such annoying crap , it pretty much is a naked internet and especially with them also coming from a hardware meddling angle too which also gave them access. I would be surprised if the other countries dont do this as well, but America does have a huge budget. So maybe not. But man, it shows you how little really is off the table.
