  2. Certainly are many institutes that promote a specific archetype of men and women , when people enter them. Why you think the whole Book Lean in is about- its focus was women (the book). There are some imprints from society, which make women in this issue. Fall into a self fulfilling prophecy. That they want to say something, but they aint sure if they can and then hesitate and then propagate the status quo.
