  1. Well I think it is clear. That Egypt is just a Proxy State for the Gulf States now (They pretty much bank rolled by them). UAE just a proxy for the House of Saud.  UAE has the largest military per capita by the way. Maybe they might be floating the idea (Egypt and UAE who be a proxy for the Saudi) of rolling back  the Region into more Gulf State friendly? So they might start being more active.  Israel will have likely known and let them have the air space and given it to them. I feel that with Obama's stepping back. Israel and Gulf States are getting more 'assertive' with their decision making. Sisi is a strong ally of Israel and seen in Israel. As their man.
