  1. Well no, they aint a separate country to the America. They still a private business in a country and you follow the laws of said country-- and discrimination isnt really allowed legally.

  2. Private business is not a Private State or Private Religion so you cant be utterly immune from laws-- which have measures to do with discrimination. Especially you clearly say so-- how real businesses get away with it. Due to them never saying they discriminate. They brought it on themselves unfortunately, due, to their own honesty. Obviously people stopped shopping too-- Free Market decided no? So people obviously stopped shopping at them.

  4. They Private Business, not a Private State in the Country of USA. They have to follow laws and I am pretty sure you cant discriminate-- 'free market' decided  too no? If you had more state involvement they could of got support theoretically. Clearly they didnt get enough shoppers
