  1. Man what a moron! Just the concept ,how do you even wake up in the day and just be like "oh lets punch a homeless guy in the nuts". But he clearly gonna get away with it, and I do think it counts as an assault. So many rich/well connected guys do shit like this for the lols and will keep doing it until they actually have some consequences against them.
