Think again, this is a much wider situation about a labour market that the employers had decades to cultivate the workers they want through the educational system and gov't taxes. "Their choice" as a formative power is far less on the side of the worker/citizen than it is compared to a profit motive company. Think again, Kris that millennial have found themselves in two major capitalist crises in 12 years, and throughout the 2010s have relied on precarious "gig economy" work that benefited new employers greatly, whilst living expenses have fantastically outpaced that of the decade prior - 30 years olds are working full time jobs and living with their parents because the housing market is heavily profited on also. Think again, Kristine. The situation on the ground-up is far more overreaching than just the "choices" an individual makes. That's the dead, Thatcherite flaws of liberalism.

Greed because only a very few number of people get to decide how businesses, and national budgets are ran. If why had democratically owned/ran/voted businesses, banks and ministries, by the workers and by the citizens, there wouldn't be so much responsibility placed on a single man with a single career.
