  3. Mark Richards the NC coast is gorgeous although they get alot of hurricanes. I know so many New Yorkers that have moved to Florida while I lived there for 3 years (I’m from Connecticut) Florida has alot to offer and it’s such a fun, affordable place to live, the downside for me was the summer humidity! If you have good a/c and a pool it’ll help. I remember working my first job in Florida at Red Lobster, over half the kitchen was originally from New York, blew my mind lol
