  1.  @frogscotch19  Probably because when people post a public message, it is meant to convey a particular meaning. When proper punctuation is ignored, the meaning of the message is often changed or at least harder to discern. The question should be, "Why are so many people too lazy or too careless to post a public comment using correct English on an English comment board?" People make mistakes. But when the mistake makes the sentence hard to understand, questioning it or correcting it does not mean the person doing so enjoys "policing others comments".
