  2. Democrats have always been, and still are the left., in THIS country, which is all that matters. We're not comparing US Democrats to the Venezuelan government, nor North Korea. WITHIN the US system of government, Democrats are on the left, Republicans are on the right. The US is a military-industrial complex. We are the world's superpower. Every American, and every American politician or political party should be in favor of our military (and our big businesses) by nature. The line between left and right lies within that realm, as to how far one leans from center. And correct, we are NOT full on socialist. At least not now. But Bernie is a socialist. And evidently the entire college population is socialist, who worship Bernie, Che, Mao, etc... Coming from THEIR point of view, yes, Hillary might be considered "right", but within the world of American politics, she is left of center, as is the whole Democrat party. Gun rights, abortion, gay rights, taxes, school choice, health care, "it takes a village"..... On every major issue, she sides with the left. Like I said, I dont even understand how this can be an argument. Unless you're comparing her to some third world communist dictator.

Youre comparing OUR parties and politicians to other world leaders. Within OUR system, Hillary is a leftist. Although I will concede, Obama does make her appear to be on the right, since he (and the brain dead college kids) have swung so far left, anyone not promoting socialism is now considered on the right.
