  1. i dont know how true it is, but i once read that the word 'regulated' back then in this context was a form of the word 'regular', meaning people who had regular use in firearms and were familiar with their operation, etc... the article that stated that gave several examples of that wording. i have no idea where i read it, a few years ago. i'm still not 100% sure what i believe. i wish they had written it in basic, normal language and sentence structure haha!!

  2. no possible way. she'll be too old, and she's a known failure. obama beating her was possibly an anomaly, but once she got the nomination and trump trounced her, she lost all her political mojo. she's done forever :-)
