  4.  @darrellcovello7917  I guess 49% is a minority, but generally when used this way, "minority" infers a percentage much lower, such as 10-20%. Unfortunately, you seem to have too much faith in the general populace. I would venture to say it may even be a majority of people who simply scan the headlines and form an opinion without ever spending time to learn the context.

  5. The problem is, they don't HAVE to be good at it. The people to whom they're talking believe it, and that's all that matters. It doesn't matter if WE debunk it. Those people aren't watching Styx or any outlet that wil tell them the truth. They ONLY watch MSNBC and similar outlets, and only associate/converse with people who have similar views and beliefs. They will never even know something has been debunked. So the lie needn't be good, just believable enough for those who hear it. Which evidently it is. 🙁🙁

  6. Fox is NOT "one of the worst". Assuming there are no good mainstream media outlets, Fox is one of the best. The rest are far worse. Fox is no way near as bad as CNN and especially MSNBC.

  7. It doesn't matter to them. The people they're addressing don't do fact checking. The people read the headline, they read the "cut" sentence, and make their opinion. Mission accomplished.
