I totally agree, but what is the solution? Basically the only answer I can think of is life-long politicians. And even that doesn't stop them from considering their friends or family members when designing laws. And we've seen how politicians act when they have been there for life and have no concern about any competition. It's basically impossible to make politics 100% legit. I've often wondered how we could "clean up" politics in this country, and every good idea I come across, has it's own negatives. I haven't really found any good answers yet :-(
