@stephane1623 based on facts??? What facts said that "a class is a representation of our society and professions"? No fact ever said that. A class is a group of people who paid to be educated in a specific field, to qualify them to be knowledgeable enough to get employment in said fields. Nothing more, nothing less. Under your disturbing definition, a class should have a couple homeless people, a few dogs and other pets, maybe some infirmed elderly people, a few babies, etc....

@stephane1623 oh, I'm so glad you educated me by admitting exactly what was said in this video - that the college illegally discriminates against people based on race.

And I'm pretty sure that even though that might have been the intention on paper, we're well beyond that "point" where it shouldnt be needed. The fact that the disparity hasn't faded away shows there might be other factors at play here, such as "culture" of those groups in question, and who knows what else. And I'm pretty sure that if it hasn't worked yet, it's not going to.
