  1.  @fireballnephilium7426  Yes, we do. Look at Lasik eye surgery. It wasnt covered by insurance, so doctors/institutions had to compete for customers via pricing and performance. It started out costing thousands and thousands and now is just a fraction of that cost due to all the competing businesses offering that service.
