  3. FDK The LAW says under 21 cant drink, so obviously night clubs dont allow under 21. If the night club said no one OVER 35, then yes, they would be in danger.

  4. FDK whatever.... precedent has already been set by the courts that a business cant discriminate to whom it sells its merchandise. whatever clubs you're talking about, if it's actually true, then any affected person could probably win a lawsuit if filed and argued in court.

  5. The precedent has been set. Its illegal for a business to discriminate its customers based on race, sexual preference, age, etc... The cake baker lost, so, so should WalMart. Lets start using their own tactics against them!

  6. According to established law, you DO have a right to be sold those arms, if they are for sale to other age groups. The cake baker case established that a business can not discriminate against the public. It can not deny a sale based on sex, religion, AGE, race, etc.... Maybe I misunderstood when I made my first comment - I DO agree its not a violation of the 2nd amendment. The 2nd amendment has nothing to do with this, actually. I was agreeing with both of you, except I was turning it upside down, and saying if the left can sue and force the baker to NOT discriminate, then we can do the same to Dicks & WalMart. If the baker MUST sell the cake, WalMart MUST sell the gun!
