  1. where i live, investors bought up a bunch of dilapidated crack houses and fixed them up. I am an uber driver so I have seen a major improvement in the neighborhoods because of air bnb. None of these clowns who are complaining about lack of housing would touch these houses. This is why they will be forever renters.

  2.  @monsterglacier  good thing a lot of hard working, family oriented, mostly religious people are coming across the border to replace the people who are not willing or able to fix up their neighborhoods.
