  2.  @Challengerscatpack50  It was about 20 years ago she died having had a minor stroke and a bad fall at home and not being found for some time. After hospital she was in a home slowly fading away, not having any idea what was going on around her or who anyone was, not even able to feed herself. Father died a good few years before very suddenly from a massive heart attack having had a nice Christmas. That is how I want to go (I have around 3 years to go to outlive him!)

  3. How is vitamin D made and what is it made from. I know some supplements are not that nicely sourced.
