  2. How actually are these excess deaths calculated? More accurately, how are the non-excess deaths predicted. In the UK we have had a large increase in the population and some of these people are involved with excess deaths.

  3.  @Daared81  If the excess numbers are increasing year on year, this will have a big effect on the baseline. However if the baseline has not changed then the results cannot be accurate.
