  1. "If destiny is against us, that's worse for it", said once Mussolini. ("Se il destino è contro di noi, peggio per lui"). Well, destiny WAS against them and Mussolini was executed by the Italian partisians. But to me the most impressive part is that in nowadays Italy, many Italians believe the only mistake Mussolini did was to enter WW2. He's still admired by a surprisingly big number of Italians.

  2. Nowadays most dictatorships are viewed as fascism. But indeed they were quite different to be categorized as a single thing.

  3.  @IbnRushd-mv3fp  If you call state bullism, bad economical moves and tons, tons of propaganda something "game changing", then we do agree. The vast majority of victories of Mussolini's fascism existed on paper only, fruits of fascist propaganda. When fascism had to PROVE they were an efficient and solid state, in WW2, everything went to pieces really quick. Can't fight wars with propaganda alone. To go to war you need to be the real deal, and Mussolini's regime was far from it.
