  1. prosecute actions, not speech. allowing governments to define what can be said has maleficent consequences. but the lack of popular control allowed the flowering of the evil empire currently trying to dominate the world. and it also allowed poverty, drug addiction and violence to characterize the internal nature of the nation. chatting about free speech may pass the time, but since the people of usa have no control on the activities of the nation, it has no real significance beyond demonstrating a national psychosis, a bubble in space-time disconnected from reality.
