  1. it's a shame that usans don't have democracy, but you can't get or hold on to democracy without a large percentage of citizen quality people. just imagine for a moment, that usa had citizen initiative, accessible and decisive. but you don't, and you never ask 'why not?' a nation of slave-minds.
