  1. Not enough to say "this isn't working right." You have to figure out why. And it's not hard. Madison created a framework for a nation to be ruled by wealth, and it has performed that role brilliantly. USA is an oligarchy, and the few are dependent on donors to get elected. Elections are not democracy. The people do not rule, the rich rule. Evidence all around you, yet you persist in talking about 'democracy.'
