  1. they have something called "re-call" in the california constitution. if usa were a democracy, "re-call!" would be heard across the land. but it's not, and usans are gormless zombies presumably incapable of getting democracy, or even of perceiving the need. shame really, inheriting a national culture of wealth worship has somehow stilled the voice of those who are not rich. raised to be the slaves usa was created to preserve. irony, innit. mr hartmann and pr wolff are valuable members of usa society, alarm bells, raised voices, alternative ideas. but even a very loud alarm, a brilliant idea, is useless if there is no one with the will or power to respond. the lack of democracy turns almost all usans into labor units solely, and recently, ex-labor units. someone is going to organize those 40 million people into a political unit. i wonder if it will be a chavez, a peron , a guevara, or that old favorite, hitler. not a hitler, i think, hitler had much better material to work with. but socialism will go down well with that group, sanders may regret selling out the left.
