  1. the usa constitution is archaic, hopelessly ineffective for the public good. but that was not its aim: it was explicitly written to support the rule of the rich. nothing to be done about it- it has shaped the character of the poor and rich, victim and parasite. the rest of humanity can only hope the decay of the usa does not lead to nuclear war.
