  1. usa has a means of dealing with crooked or incompetent presidents, but it depends on the judgement of politicians, pretty much like the rest of public life in the usa. it's one of the consequences of not living in a democracy. if usa was a democracy, a 're-call' initiative would pluck trump out of office, and some county sheriff could take it from there.
