  1. who is this 'we?' congress might do something, but congress is responsible for the current situation, so why should they act against themselves? representative democracy is a nonsense. their power is exercised for themselves and their sponsors- when ordinary people talk about 'what should be done,' it's just a pastime, not the deliberation of citizens. usa government is 'right wing' bi-partisan in foreign affairs, and most internal matters, the parties offer trivial differences to satisfy the voters. haven't you noticed?
