  1. actually, a flat tax paid on every transaction, and all transactions done on the web, is by far the cheapest and most efficient way to fund public activity. it also makes it difficult for special interests to be rewarded by politicians. no use bribing them. in fact, it makes politicians extinct. but poor people can't afford to buy things? give them yang's ubi. democracy and socialism go together, which is why madison made sure the usa constitution prevented democracy- he wasn't going to support poor people!
