sorry, he was smart enough to step in to the oval office without a smidgen of experience.i am willing to believe that the whole usa political system is effectively 'dumb,' but trump is just that little bit smarter. so he's prez, and yer not. is that all you got? got anymore deep analysis? no? here's a thought: a system concocted out of brit custom, american conditions and simple greed is unlikely to be effective today. and that's why usa is sliding down the pole into historical footnote. not because trump is dumbish, but because the leadership selection process was designed about 230 years ago, to suit a small group of rich men who rode around in their carriages under a powdered wig. it doesn't work worth a damn.
