@user-w06Iur35h Well, they were wrong then, weren't they? Because Ukraine never joined NATO. If it had, Russia would not have attacked it.

Ukraine voted to drop its neutrality clause from its constitution in December 2014. About 7 months after Russia invaded and annexed Crimea. Meaning that Russia had already violated Ukrainian neutrality. The negotiations collapsed because Russia couldn't even agree and what little had already been agreed. Unilaterally inserting clauses that had not been agreed. Specifically on Ukrainian security guarantees. This led to realization that Russia was not serious about negotiations at a time when they believed they could take what they wanted anyway.

@Infopirates Maybe export less? Then people would be able to afford to eat?

Remember, the whole point of Putin's war was because NATO was supposedly going to attack Russia from Ukraine. Hasn't happened yet, obviously. Despite the fact that the past couple years would have been the ideal time to attack. But you'd think that in response the kremlin would at least be pulling troops out of Ukraine just in case. But, nah.

It is only due to Putin's failed 'special military operation', that Russia bleats about how Boris Johnson tricked poor innocent Russia out of victory. As if, if true, that would be some kind of condemnation of Boris Johnson.

FYI on Ukrainian security guarantees. The agreement was that, in the event of Russia launching another attack on Ukraine, Ukraine was to receive western military aid. Russia unilaterally altered that to include a Russian veto. Meaning that Russia would have been able to veto military aid to Ukraine in the event they invaded Ukraine. Which was obviously unacceptable. Which was one of the reasons why there was no agreement.

Don't forget that Russia is a member of the CSTO military alliance. How's that doing nowadays btw? Any idea when Putin will enact Article 4? I'm sure they'd come rushing to his aid lol
1
Yeh, this would all be over by now if Putin had to actually fight in his own war
1
Despite the fact they invaded Ukraine most Russians don't seem to have a clue who they're at war with lol
1
Makes you wonder why Putin even started the war, doesn't it?

That the UK is part of NATO? A US European defense alliance?

'They did the same in Ukraine during the COVID' - Do you even know where Ukraine is lol

@petervojcek7043 I don't think you know anything about Ukraine at all.
1
@petervojcek7043 You think Russia is fighting NATO in Ukraine, don't you? Is that because you expected Russia's military to have been able to annex the whole of Ukraine? Oh, dear.
1
@petervojcek7043 'They did the same in ukraine during the COVID' - NATO isn't and never was in Ukraine. Also, the number of US troops in Afghanistan at that time was just under 3,000. It's like you just don't know what your talking about.

I think thats just youtube's default moderation setting. Lord only knows what sets it off.

@cyberfunk3793 I've noticed there are some channels where that is true. I believe its do to with the auto moderation settings. Which are selected by the channel owner. Very few big youtube channels read their comments. Let alone moderate them.
