  1. oil is mixing with the coolant but it's not making it to the block that would be the head gasket but not all of the head gasket failed only the oil side failed and its dumping into the coolant ports @Rainman Ray's Repairs

  2. Coolant could also be dumping into a cylinder and burning off but Most likley the coolant would also be in the Crank case with the dipstick oil also of that was the case @Rainman Ray's Repairs
