Israel took responsibility and apologized. Israel paid compensation to families of killed. USA did their own investigation and found nothing. How desperate some one have to be to related to event that took place 56 years back. In the wars, unintentional killing takes place. USA killed tens of thousands of civilians in Syria in war against ISIS. Just 3-6 years back. Not 56 years. USA investigation didn't find any evidence for the intentional killing of Israel.
