This island is flooded with money from locals and foreigners. Where can the money be invested? So you think cooling measures will work?  Cooling measures will push the property prices even higher.  Ha ha ha!

  3. Executive Condo is crossing S$1200 psf. Can you imagine Singaporean families are paying S$1.2 million for small little 1000sqft 3-bedroom ECs? Then add in the interest and other costs for the next 25 years?  Yeah, moving forward Singapore must be the world's most advanced and competitive economy to sustain this high-life. Go and print money lah! Ha ha ha!
