A HDB 5-rm flat (120sqm/1291sqft) is selling at S$600 to S$800k. Do you want to sell your HDB flat and upgrade, or rather downgrade, to a small private condo? Are you ready to take up S$500k to S$800k of bank loan? Can you imagine more than half of the future generations of Singaporeans will be born in HDB 4-rm flats and eventually retiring in HDB 4-rm flats?
