You're so funny and brainwashed. Nobody bought resources from Russia for "good money". During the period of Victory of Freedom and Democracy in 1991-1999, Russia was simply robbed, all the resources were taken out - for free. Factories were bankrupted and closed to clear the market for their own goods. As a result, 3 million people simply starved to death during that period. Russians have not forgotten or forgiven anything.
