  1. You should be training the young to fill the gap in high paying skilled jobs like programming. This low wage worker scheme is not only a burden on taxpayer, but such a defeatist backward that will make LKY roll in his grave. 15 years ago when you preach foreign worker, they were suppose to do low wage worker. 15 years on all I see is Singaporean working low wage work, serving foreigners.
