It is a very simple thing, if you think a person can be enlisted to shoot a gun, then the person has a right to a vote. 16 need another 2 years to grow up, 18 the vote is a lot more mature, more or less would not change. "The kid get more progressive", no. The people in the past not progressive? Goodness. The people in charge of NZ not progressive? You want what, some crazy Utopia?
