  1. I'm going to just say this - don't show weakness and most confrontations will dissolve. Go as far as it should go. But if someone is willing to die for a seat, they are crazy, so you just walk away. Try your best to remain calm, focused and level-headed. Crying in an argument is a big no-no, because it has a high chance of escalating the situation (easy prey effect)
