  1. They DON'T give you a refund?!??!?!?!??!??!?!?!? What happened to consumer/customer rights?!?? Did you buy travel insurance? (nb - they should give a refund without travel insurance, unless they have grounds and are suing you for breach of contract for your ticket purchase, but insurance should pay for alternative travel, accomodation and inconvenience ...)

  2. killerbee256 Yeah, but don't you have basic consumer rights?!? What happened to "the customer is always right"? Yes, I realise that AA contacted Cenk after and sorted something out, but that was special treatment due to public relations.
