Terrorism is terrorism there is no good - bad terrorism this is one of the fundamental ideologies of indian foreign policy , india has always backed the ethnic nationalist secular groups of pakistan like mukti bahini in east pakistan , bla in balochistan and sindudesh liberation army in sindh, etc and thats what we will continue with ..
