  1. Thanks man. I appreciate this. I’m currently on a quest to regain full use of my right hand after ulnar nerve damage, get in the best shape of my life and reforge my crushed feet into new super feet. It’s hard... a lot of days I get really down. My days mainly look like wake and go out for 4 hours or so, walk from spot to spot and do my exercises, I do tremendous amounts of exercises at home, many many foot isolation exercises as well as whole body of course. Then I get home and basically have to lie down for many hours and elevate my feet above heart to drain the swelling. It’s like that saying, ‘when you’re healthy you want 1000 things but when you lose your health you only want one thing.’ That’s what life is like for me rn. But it has improved a lot thanks to all the work that God has allowed me to put in. After years of work my arm should be a normal arm again I believe in 6 weeks. At that point I have a plan to take a bookkeeping course. Then apply like a maniac. Bookkeeping is perfect for me because I can do it anytime I’m able. So I can do it in the evenings when I’m lying down elevating my feet above my heart. Start with 10-20 hours. I just turned 30. In some ways I’m in the best shape of my life. In others I’m a total cripple. But in another 3 years I’m gonna be in a way better position both physically and financially. At 36 I’m gonna be in a great spot! One step at a time brother.
