@kursna If going after the leader isn't allowed then why did Putin send hit teams trying to kill Zelensky at the beginning of the war?

@HOTSHTMAN53 Dude its been widely reported long ago that if the Russians couldn't kill or capture Zelensky at the very least they wanted to drive him out of the capital or even better the country. If they knew where Zelensky was from day 1 of the war, Putin would've dropped a missile on his head ASAP. Zelensky has been roaming Ukraine the same reason Putin was able to walk around in parts of Ukraine weeks ago because neither side knew where their enemy's leader was otherwise they would've tried to take each other out. Putin has no issue with ordering his own countrymen be murdered even if they're rich and are high ranking people so why would you think he'd want to keep Zelensky alive rather than kill him if he had the chance? Especially at the beginning of the war when the death of Zelensky and others in his government could've broken the moral of the Ukrainians and their will to resist.
