  1.  @torontogrove5396  You should at least be able to carry other weapons to defend yourself. Right now you can't even do that legally for many things and also you can't even use deadly force if needed to protect yourself.

  2. Seems unlikely that it was a scam of some sort, but I do wonder why he didn't reverse and try and escape since the other vehicle behind him didn't completely box him in. Maybe he didn't think to do so or didn't want to damage his car??
