  3. That customer behind the robber was in the perfect position to grab the gun/fake gun from the suspect and/or beat the crap out of him. If the employee knew that gun was fake he had so many chances to kick the crap out of that thief.

  6.  @STEVEARABIA1  Generally I wouldn't intervene if the situation looked really dangerous, but this robber did look like he had a replica firearm rather than the real thing and more importantly he was an amateur robber. There's so many times that he gave both customers and the employee the chance to disarm and stop him its ridiculous. Especially the customer could've easily grabbed the gun from behind and hopefully the employee and other customers would help in stopping the robber.
