  1.  @dirtyolpanda  The thing you have to ask yourself is why many if not the majority of violence and crime in the GTA is committed by minorities and more specifically certain groups of minorities? It seems like some races/ethnic groups of people have huge crime, violence and general bad behavior problems compared to other groups of people that have vastly fewer social problems. Maybe if you want to fix these kinds of problems for the long term, you deal with these groups of people and get them to clean up their act instead of being too afraid to even criticise them let alone getting them to change their bad behaviors.
