@yazori74 Perhaps we can find common ground in supporting a peaceful two-state solution that respects the rights of both Israelis and Palestinians That needs to be accomplished by the Israelis and Palestinians with perhaps some outside mediation. Protesting here in Canada thousands of miles away does nothing but to hurt their cause as they increasingly ramp up their disruptions to people's lives whom the overwhelming majority have little to no connection to the Mideast conflict. Many if not most Canadians simply see a violent and disruptive group of people damaging property and causing discourse in their nation when we already have enough division and discourse to deal with. Many people who might be sympathetic or neutral have probably turned against this movement by now.

@CrabbinFever The little hat people at least aren't violent and criminal like other demographics of people living in our nation. Interesting that most can get their point across without violence and disruption to the public while the scarf wearing people can't. Perhaps they need to hire a new PR manager.

@mikeb5664 What violence are you talking about? I see kids chasing bubbles, sleeping in tents. Wasn't it a few months ago that a supermarket suffered fire damage because it happened to be named IDF?? We've seen other people's property and homes also vandalized with graffiti since and then there were all these various protests at different venues like shopping malls and even interrupting Christmas celebrations? Also we've seen some pro-Palestinian protesters even threaten police officers and get into fights with them. And we also saw some people cheering and celebrating the Oct 7 attack when it happened and that was caught on video. Guess what? I don't see the little hat people don't any kind of crap like that here in Canada. Don't think I saw any of them celebrating the IDF going into Gaza and cheering all the fighting that has gone on since. CAN'T IMAGINE WHY many people are tired of one group of people and are fine with another group.

@mikeb5664 The little hat people IN CANADA are not responsible for those 30,000 deaths just as the scarf wearing people aren't responsible for what happened on Oct 7. Why bring the violence and discourse here to Canadians who have nothing to do with anything happening in the Mideast? If you really insist on doing so at least do it in a non-disruptive manner that will inevitably turn people against your cause. When the Ukrainians were protesting in the streets at the start of the war a couple of years back I didn't see them vandalizing Russian owned businesses in Canada or threatening people or causing disruptions in people's lives the way that the pro-Palestinian crowd has done continuously and has been ramping up even more recently. And again I have yet to see ANY protesters condemn Hamas for their attack on Israel or anyone calling for their removal from power for what they did to both the Israelis and Palestinians. If Hamas doesn't attack, none of the Gaza attacks happen and yet every pro-Palestinian protester is radio silent on this fact. Why is that??

Being Anti War, against genocide is not a crime. I have seen so many protests for months now and I have seen LITTLE TO NONE of these protesters condemning Hamas and their acts of terror that led to all these problems to begin with. I HAVE however seen some people who support this movement celebrate those Hamas attacks. So why is it can't any of these protesters bring themselves to condemning Hamas publicly and wanting them gone from their lives so that they can bring in new leadership to try and bring competent governing to the Palestinians?
