  1. We have had a 50 50 Congress too long. With the filibuster nothing gets done. Popular vote has to be the rule. We are not even represented properly regarding population. CA is cheated big time. I'd like to remind Mexicans who think they own America that each state chose to join the union not Mexico. The original people in America were Indian tribes not Mexicans. The Spanish missionaries came next to convert the Indians.
